If you want to burn fat at a faster rate, then
you need to take rest. It doesn't matter how many hours you workout in the gym
what really matters is that do you give your body enough time to repair itself
after an intense gym session. During a workout there are many tears or injuries
to the muscles. As such one need to give body time to heal, adapt and become
strong. This is done by taking rest in between the workouts.
By doing this your muscles will go on becoming
stronger and stronger. Building muscles is the quickest way to lose body fats.
If you think that doing more and more exercise is going to help you to lose
fats then you are in for a rude shock. If you don't give the body time to heal
then you would experience poor results and may cause injuries to your body.
One needs to have a balance between training
and rest. That brings us to the question what is the ideal amount of time
needed to rest. It takes about 2 -3 days of rest to recover from an intense
workout from the gym. So ideally one should schedule his workout two to three
days apart. One also needs to take breaks in between a session in the gym.
Sleeping is the most important part of
resting. Sleep not only helps in recovering from an intense training it also
helps to recover from the stress one experience all day long. So you need to
sleep about seven to eight hours a night to energize yourself for a new day's
work. It will also help your body to burn fats much faster.
